Welcome to Stickers Manufacturer. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our custom printing services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services & Custom Orders
Stickers Manufacturer provides professional B2B custom sticker printing and labeling solutions.
Order Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate specifications (size, material, finish, and quantity).
Color Matching: We use standard CMYK printing. Please note that screen colors (RGB) may vary slightly from physical prints. Minor color variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
2. Proofing & Approval
Final Approval: We will provide a digital proof for every custom order. It is your responsibility to check for spelling, layout, and graphic errors.
Production Start: Production begins only after we receive your written approval. Once approved, no further changes can be made without additional costs.
3. Intellectual Property & Artwork
Customer Warranty: You represent that you own or have the legal right to use all artwork, logos, and designs submitted for printing.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Stickers Manufacturer harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from copyright infringement related to your provided content.
Usage Rights: Unless otherwise requested, Stickers Manufacturer reserves the right to display photos of your finished products in our portfolio for marketing purposes.
4. Payment & Pricing
Quotes: Price estimates are valid for 30 days and are subject to change based on material market fluctuations or project scope adjustments.
B2B Terms: For bulk orders, we may require a deposit (e.g., 50% upfront) before production begins, with the balance due before shipment.
Taxes: Prices are exclusive of import duties, VAT, or local taxes unless explicitly stated.
5. Production & Shipping
Lead Times: Production timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, material shortages, or carrier delays.
Risk of Loss: All shipments are sent EXW (Ex Works) . Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.
International Shipping: The buyer is responsible for customs clearance and any associated fees in the destination country.
6. Returns & Claims
Custom Goods Policy: Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for “change of mind.”
Defective Products: If there is a clear manufacturing defect or shipping damage, you must notify us at sales@stickersmanufacturer.com within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will, at our discretion, offer a reprint or credit.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stickers Manufacturer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
