FAQs
How can I get a free professional quote?
To provide you with an accurate wholesale quote, please include the following details in your inquiry:
- Dimensions: Width x Height (and shape: circle, square, or custom die-cut).
- Material: Paper, Vinyl, Clear/Transparent, BOPP, or specialty textured stock.
- Finish: Matte, Glossy, or Uncoated.
- Quantity: Total number of units (we offer tiered pricing for bulk orders).
- Special Effects: Foil stamping, UV spot, or embossing.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order starts at 5 labels for digital sampling. However, for mass production (offset or flexographic printing), a minimum of 500–1,000 pieces is recommended to achieve the best cost-per-unit for your business.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We offer two types of samples:
- Stock Samples: Free of charge (previous print runs) to check material quality and adhesive strength. You only cover the shipping cost.
- Custom Prototypes: If you need a sample of your specific design, a small sampling fee applies, which can often be credited toward your bulk order.
What file formats do you accept for printing?
For the highest print quality, we require vector files:
- Preferred: Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Editable PDF, or CorelDraw (.CDR).
- High-Res Bitmaps: .JPG, .PNG, or .TIFF (must be at least 300 DPI at actual size).
Pro Tip: Please convert all fonts to "Outlines" and ensure images are embedded.
Do you support Pantone Matching System (PMS) colors?
Yes. If your brand requires exact color consistency, please provide the Pantone Solid Coated color codes. We use specialized spot color inks to ensure a 95%+ color match accuracy.
What is the difference between CMYK and Spot Color printing?
- CMYK (4-Color Process): Best for full-color photos and complex gradients (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black).
- Spot Color: Best for consistent branding and metallic colors (Gold/Silver). This uses a pre-mixed ink for perfect vibrancy and uniformity.
Will my labels come on rolls, sheets, or individual cutouts?
We offer flexible finishing options based on your application method:
- Rolls: Ideal for automatic labeling machines or high-speed manual application. You can specify the "unwind direction."
- Sheets: Best for smaller batches or manual peeling.
- Individual (Die-Cut): Each sticker is cut to shape individually—perfect for promotional giveaways.
What is your standard lead time?
Most custom printing projects are completed within 5–7 business days after artwork approval and payment. Large-scale bulk orders may require additional time depending on the complexity of the finish.
Which shipping methods do you use?
We partner with DHL, FedEx, and UPS for fast global door-to-door delivery (5–7 days). For very large industrial orders, we can also arrange air or sea freight to reduce costs.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) in advance and Western Union. For sample orders or smaller deposits, we can also accommodate PayPal.
Can you print on specialty materials like metallic or transparent film?
Absolutely. We specialize in premium finishes, including Silver/Gold foil, Holographic films, Clear/Transparent vinyl (with white ink backing), and durable industrial-grade adhesives for extreme environments.
